International Space Art Network

Welcome to a place of vision and beauty. Welcome to the world of space art.

The basis for my ISS renders was a free model from NASA's 3d resources page. For those who did not know of it, you can find it here:

http://www.nasa.gov/multimedia/3d_resources/models.html

Many of the models are very low quality, but there are a few real gems in there, in several formats.

Thank you for the tip Nick. I'll give it a try.

You might want to look at Accutrans 3d (google it!) That will let you load and view 3d models, rotating them to examine from any angle.  It works with lots of object formats, and would make the objects more useful. For those who do have 3d software, its a VERY capable formtat translator.

Thank you Nick! Nice source. Although I don't have 3D software I grabbed a few as JPEGs for reference.
