Thanks Mario. The photo in that link surely does appear to be Melbourne all right. But I couldn't say exactly where the photo is likely to have been taken. The guy sure does have a large portfolio of cars. Amazing.
As for the Chevy it is about time I used it again in some off-world location.
Many thanks Mario. I did check that link and it does seem to be from an Australian enthusiast ( I couldn't see a domicile). The trees in the Chevy photo look like gum trees without a doubt. I dug out my original photo to see it it had the same number plate but it didn't. When I spotted the Chevy in the street that day there were perhaps ten others of similar vintage but varying makes so it was from a group of motor enthusiasts going to or coming from a rally.
I liked your picture... Ancient people look from a cave at a meteorite... At us in Russia, in mountains in the south of Siberia, there is place Mugur - Sargol. Five thousand years ago the huge meteorite there has fallen. People saw its falling, and have drawn on rocks graffiti, - burning faces of shamans.
